Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and custom or personalized items, are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
